No. There are no monthly fee and upfront fee for merchants to use Qlane. There's no binding contract too.

Yes. First of all, we promise that the setup process is simple and straightforward as we developed the Setup Assistant to help you. But whenever you need help from us, we'd like to provide support as much as we can. Depending on your location, we may even provide on-site help as well. Please contact us if you need.
